Audit as monitoring of company risks

Erik is an audit partner and managing partner of Baker Tilly Baltics AS. Started his career in a bank, later specialized in financial consulting. Around 2000, decided to focus on auditing and, thus, became a sworn auditor and establishing his own auditing practice. 

Ēriks has master's degree in economics from the University of Latvia. Worked in LZRA (Latvian Sworn Auditors Association) Education Committee, from 2016 to 2018 was a member of the Board. Eric plays an instrumental role in educating new auditors as well as sharing experience and knowledge with companies' accountants.
