On daily basis Ivo helps Baker Tilly clients to manage legal risks and implement the transactions. Ivo consults clients from company's corporate matters to Employment law, but meanwhile has excellent skills in corporate restructurings, M&A and financial market. For more than 10 years he has worked as insolvency administrator, which enables him to evaluate company's financial and operational records - something that is very important for Baker Tilly and its customers!

Ivo has Master's degree in Law from the University of Latvia. He also speaks very well German and helps our clients to expand their operations in Germany throughout Baker Tilly office there.
